Blanc de noirs
The colour does not mislead - the Pinot varieties are revealed in the colour of this wine. A handsome golden yellow that verges on the coppery, it offers itself generously, with a certain warmth. The effervescence is superb, with the bubbles forming and appearing with great finesse to finish off on the surface, as if somehow appeased.
You find yourself playing over and seeking all the aromatic subtlety that the wine holds, passing through many registers. In fact the touches of red fruits mingle with the spicy aromatic flavours of laurel and thyme.
This freshness of the wine is joined by the red fruit flavours, giving an overall meaty fullness and volume, which keeps all of its finesse because of all the spicy notes. Full and generous in the mouth, with good density.
