Tasting
A pale golden yellow colour, bright and clear, with green crystalline highlights. The fizz is creamy, light and quivering; the bubble trail is regular and persistent.
Fresh and lively, the nose reveals white flower aromas,particulary acacia and hawthorn, and citrus fruits, like grapefruit lemon and nectarine. The pleasant finish has a distinctive touch of the fine aromas of bread rolls.
Fresh and harmonious in the mouth, with a strong echo of the fruity flavours revealed in the nose. A nice long finish features the aromas of vanilla.
