Tasting
A frank, straw yellow, golden colour, bright and diaphanous; warmed by warm amber highlights or superb flashes of green. A substantial bubble chain, constant and insistent.
Lively, complex and very pleasant, the nose brings out an accomplished association of smooth and gentle floral aromas (acacia flower, privet and vine flowers).
A lively, meaty and plural impact. A slight, sweet touch of acacia honey adds to the wine’s roundness. A pleasant, pronounced and long finish that features delicate notes of dried fruits.
